Proceed to order
1. After choosing the product, select the color by clicking on “desired
color” and then “add to cart”.
2. Add other products in the same way or click on “view cart”.
3. Enter and confirm your shipping address.
Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the doorbell.
4. Choose the payment method you want to use (credit card or Pay Pal).
5. At this point you will be directed to the final page. Once there the summary of your data and the expected date of delivery will be shown. Remember to check that all the selected details are correct, since once the order is confirmed it will no longer be possible to change them.
6. To conclude click on “confirm”.
At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you don’t see it, try checking the bulk folder.
It is not possible to add other items when the order has been completed. You can make a new order if you want.
After completing the order you can not change the shipping address, delivery or payment method.
Terms and conditions of service
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Transport costs are excluded.
Upon specific request of the Customer, before concluding the order, it is possible to issue the invoice that will be sent inside the package.
Shipping policy
Parcels are usually sent in 24/48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding islands, whose delivery times may be longer) and are shipped by courier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in a single order since it is not possible to group two separate orders made separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The shipping will be free starting from € 100 purchase.
How to make a return
If you are not satisfied with your ordered goods, you can send them back
to us within 14 days of delivery. To do so, follow the following procedure:
• The products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate outer packaging carefully sealed.
• The transport charge for returns are borne by the customer.
• The goods must be returned to:

Refunding
In case of return, once arrived in our warehouse the goods will be checked to evaluate any damage or alteration not attributable to transport.
The right of withdrawal is totally void if the returned product is not intact or gets lost during transportation, that includes:
1. Lack of original packaging.
2. Damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
3. Cles Srl is not liable in any way for damaging or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
Once the procedure is successful, the return confirmation will be sent by e- mail. If you don’t see it correctly try checking the bulk folder.
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods if they complies with the above.
It is not possible to return or replace custom garments.
Please note that products sent to our warehouse after the deadline or without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
